Veterinarians and Veterinary Paraprofessionals participated in a two – days CPD activities conducted in Turkana in November 2023. The participants got to learn about Research Process, Stakeholder engagement and Advocacy, Rabies Surveillance, KAP of dog owners regarding rabies control and they also got to participate on SWOT analysis in Rabies Control in Turkana County. This activity was organized by KWVA, University of Minnesota, County Government of Turkana and Kenya Veterinary Board.
This was a CPD Activity conducted in line with KWVA’s objective of promoting the Professional Development and Welfare of its members.

Launch workshop of the 4th cohort of Progress Vet program Kenya (24th -25th June 2024), and the lunch workshop of Progress Vet Multi-regional Africa Program(26th-28th June 2024) at the Kenya School of Government, Nairobi.
